TERMS OF SERVICE ("Vanity Emails")
Important Note: The Terms of Service also known as TOS, can change over time. It is suggested that you review the TOS from time to time, to stay up to date of acceptable as well as inappropriate uses of your I Like Network "Vanity Email Services" account.
The Vanity Email Service will update TOS as needed and is not required to send notifications when this page is updated.
All users of The Vanity Email Service, and all customers upon signing up for The Vanity Email Service, agree to comply with The Vanity Email Service Terms of Service ("TOS"). The goal of the TOS is to ensure customers are using The Vanity Email Services with due regard to the rights of other service users and in conformity with the requirements of The I Like Network environment. The TOS is not exhaustive and the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of the TOS is reserved, at any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified TOS to www.ilikenetwork.com or notification of the modified TOS via email notification. Any complaints about a customer's violation of the TOS should be sent to: abuse@ilikenetwork.com The TOS supersedes any other agreement with The I Like Network, whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.
When you set up a Vanity Emaiil Service account, you are agreeing to abide by the following rules. Failure to do so will result in swift retribution, and the immediate removal of your account.
CANCELLING YOUR SERVICE
You may cancel your Vanity Email Service account at any time.
You must send the cancellation request via an e-mail message to support@ilikenetwork.com.
The I Like Network terms of Service
All services provided by The I Like Network may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material that is threatening or obscene, material that is "adult only" content, or material protected by trade secrets and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The I Like Network from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
You cannot use a Vanity Email account to annoy or harass any other person. You cannot use a Vanity Email Service account to send unsolicited commercial email, also known as "spam".
Do you want to use your vanity email address to advertise your adult site to hundreds of thousands of strangers? Well, YOU CAN NOT. If we get complaints that a Vanity Email Service account address is being used to send spam, the account will be removed (without refund).
The I Like Network reserves the right to suspend or cancel service at any time and at our sole discretion.
Vanity Email Service Accounts canceled due to violation of these terms are not eligible for a refund of fees. (if applicable)
Use of Vanity Email Service is at the client's sole risk. The Vanity Email Service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. That means the internet runs on computers, and computers are machines, and machines sometimes breakdown and leave us all hanging. Neither The Vanity Email Services, its employees, affiliates, third party services or the like, warrant that The Vanity Email Service will not be interrupted or error free. The Vanity Email Service will make every good faith effort to ensure that the service is available to as many Internet users as possible at all times and that there is as minimal interruption of service as possible.
Under no circumstance will The Vanity Email Service, its partners, its employees, or its affiliates be liable for any claims, any action either direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, or any damages either punitive or alleged to have resulted, including loss of profits, from the use of or inability to use The Vanity Email Service, from service interruptions, client errors or problems with Internet connectivity, from the client's equipment or available technology, from unauthorized access to The Vanity Email Service, from communication failure, from bandwidth congestion or interruptions, or from acts of nature ("Force de jour").
The Vanity Email Service ("I Like Network") reserves the right to revise these policies at any time.
